Melissa recently graduated from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire, where she majored in mass communications with a concentration in journalism and a minor in political science. She is a self-proclaimed news junkie, but is passionate about education, the arts and above all, travel. She is also an extremely proud born and raised Brooklynite.
