Winter Storm Warning Issued For Brooklyn

Eight inches of snow expected in Brooklyn, NYC.

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for New York City, in effect from 6 p.m. to Thursday until 1 p.m. Friday. 

The NWS reported that the storm is expected to be near-blizzard conditions, with up to eight inches of snow for New York City.

Wind gusts are expected to be as fast as 35 miles per hour. 

It's also expected to be very, very cold, with wind chill getting as low as 15 degrees below zero.
