Heat Advisory In Effect Until 9 p.m. Tues.
High levels of heat and humidity expected.
The National Weather Service issued a Heat Advisory from 11 a.m. Monday to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
Heat indexes are expected to soar into the high 90s and 100s tomorrow and Tuesday.
The NWS advises residents to take precautions against heat stress, including avoiding strenuous activity outdoors, drinking plenty of water and to wear light, loose-fitting clothing.
