Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership will make a presentation to the CB2 Land Use Committee about their plans to apply for entrance into the New York State Brownfield Opportunity Area program, which includes grant money and technical assistance to help community based organizations and municipalities remediate and redevelop environmentally contaminated, vacant, and underutilized sites in their neighborhoods.
