POLL: Proposed Fort Greene Historic District Expansion

Patch asks the question: 'To expand or not to expand?'

Established in 1978, the Fort Greene Historic District has played a major part in the area's transformation into one of the most desirable neighborhoods in New York City.

And now, with a study completed by the city Landmarks and Preservation Commission, Fort Greene's .

However, not all property owners potentially affected by the expansion agree on the benefits of historic designation.
