A man was transported to Kings County Hospital after being shot in the rear end earlier Thursday, according to the New York Police Department.
The shooting occurred near 104 Carlton Ave. at at around noon, police said.
According to police, a single suspect is being sought in connection with the incident.
The man was sent to Kings County Hospital for treatment for a single gunshot wound to the buttocks, according to police.
Police said his injuries did not appear to be life threatening.
