A 27-year-old man was arrested on charges of assault after an altercation with an unidentified woman at his apartment at 56 Fort Greene Pl. The altercation took place around 2:30 p.m. on April 29.
During a heated argument, the man threw a DVD case of Steamy Fresh Butts at her, resulting in a laceration to her upper lip. He then forcefully grabbed her, causing bruises to her arm.

A 39-year-old man was arrested on charges of larceny after stealing over $2,200 worth of women's bags and shoes at Marshall's on 625 Atlantic Ave. The incident took place at 7:00 p.m. on April 26.
Family Feud
On April 27, A 24-year-old man was arrested on charges of assault at his mother's home on Classon Ave. During a verbal dispute with his mom, the man grabbed her by the throat and attempted to choke her. He then pushed her, causing her to fall onto a chair and resulting in a fractured tailbone.
Sore Loser
A 21-year-old-male probably won't be inviting one friend over again anytime soon. After briefly leaving his home on 104 Vanderbilt Ave on April 27., the man said he returned to find his Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, and multiple games missing, totaling over $2,000 in stolen goods. He has tried to contact the 19-year-old male friend since the incident, but has not been responded to.
Bizarre Burglary
An unknown perp broke into a Broadview Networks vehicle parked on the corner of Flushing Ave. and Navy St., removing a Cisco Router worth over $2,000. No leads to the suspect have been found as of press time.
