Police Seeking Suspect in Connection with two Bank Robberies

The suspect robbed Capitol One Bank twice within the same week.

Detectives from the NYPD Major Case Squad are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for the commission of two bank robberies that took at the Capital One bank, located at 858 Fulton Street.

The first incident occurred on Monday, July 30, at approximately 10:45 a.m. According to police reports, the suspect entered the bank and passed a note to a teller demanding cash.

The second incident occurred on Thursday, August 2, at approximately 11:20 a.m. The suspect entered the bank and again passed a note to the the teller demanding cash.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 30s. During the first inciddent, he was wearing a blue Yankee cap, light blue polo shirt with black and blue stripes. During the second robbery, he wore the same blue Yankee cap with a light blue polo shirt. (see photo).
