Fire on Flushing

Firefighters put out a small fire in a three-story building tonight.

Firefighters put out a small blaze at 63 Flushing Ave. between N. Oxford and Cumberland streets tonight.

About 60 firefighters fought the fire, which broke out just before 9:03 p.m. in the three-story building. It was put under control about 30 minutes later, an FDNY spokesman said.
