Dryer Fire Quickly Doused on Myrtle Avenue

Blaze reported at Wash Cycle laundromat.

A fire in a dryer at sent around 40 firefighters to the corner of Myrtle and Carlton avenues Friday afternoon.

According to the New York Fire Department, the blaze was called in at 4:22 p.m. The fire was put out about 20 minutes later, according to FDNY.

No injuries were reported.
