Police arrested an MTA bus driver overnight in the local 88th Precinct.
Marion Smith, 53, an MTA driver, was arrested in the precinct at shortly after midnight, police said, and charged with assault.
Smith was not on duty at the time of his arrest.
Police did not release additional details with regard to the assault incident.
