A little warm weather and look what happens.... Where is City Council Speaker and Mayoral wannabe Christine Quinn as concerns the ongoing crime problem in our venue? Go figure! Again I say it's time we the people confront the banks who take our collective deposits and make business loans to the gun companies. The gun makers in turn make far more firearms than legitimate gun owners will ever need; the result is the oversupply ends up in the hands of the criminal element in our community who is hell bent on death and destruction. I DEMAND our local elect officials confront these bankers immediately. I will call you out: Congressman Ed Towns, State Senator Velmanette Montgomery, State Assemblyman Hakeem Jefferies, City Council Member Tish James, District Leaders Walter Mosley, Ola Alabi and Lincoln Restler. Now is the time for all of you named elected officials to band together to protect us--or pack your bags and get out of Brooklyn. We the people will no longer tolerate fake-do-nothing politicians in our midst.
