The Bell House along with Nachos NY will be hosting its 5th Annual Guactacular, an all-day guacamole competition featuring savvy home cooks and spicy professionals. 2. Fair thee well. The Court Street festival is back! Take a stroll down Court Street from Union to West 9th Streets and enjoy outdoor food stalls, special pop-up shops and a big bouncy tent for kids. Free.

3. Geek out on gorgeous food. Hipster heaven meets major gastronomy at The Food Book Fair taking place inside The Wythe Hotel. Today is the last day to peruse culinary tomes and tasty periodicals or splurge on a $65 ticket to sit in on seminars and demos. Details here.

4. Rally ho! The Food Truck Rally returns to Grand Army Plaza this weekend—a perfect excuse to grab a bite before an afternoon nap in the grassy hills of Prospect Park. 

5. Rock out with junior. Littlefield will host The Super Sonic Kindie Festival, featuring the likes of Karen K and the Jitterbugs as well as Moona Luna and more. Tickets $12-$15. Details here.
