Please join us for an intimate experience of practicing and processing ways
of developing awareness, fostering self-confidence and self-compassion through mindfulness. Try out a typical week where we begin with personal introductions, a short silent meditation, guided meditations based on what people want to work on and process that as well. Guided meditations helping to improve emotional resilience and lower reactivity under stressful circumstances is one example of our practice.

Sessions begin October 2nd.

Please contact Peggy Horwitz, LCSW for further information at 212.971.4422 or 718.965.9759 or visit www.peggyhorwitz.com

$20 to ’try out’ groups; $30 for ongoing groups
