Prospect will be launching "Bucket Mondays," a day where the restaurant used to be closed, starting on March 18th.
The kitchen will be open from 5:30 - 9:30 and the bar will open from 5:30 - late.
For $15, Prospect will be offering: 1/2 fried poussin (baby chicken) and includes choice of side, corn bread, buttermilk ranch, honey butter, hot sauce, bbq sauce. Side choices (subject to change) include: truffle mac & cheese, housemade ole slaw, and whipped potatoes&gravy.

Everything will be served on Cafeteria Trays and in paper buckets. The restaurant is scaling everything down to be as simple as possible, none of the usual Prospect style service. More info can be found here: www.prospectbk.com
