Fort Greene’s Prospect is bringing back its butchery class on Monday, January 14th and February 11th. Executive Chef Kyle McClelland and Chef de Cuisine Vinson Petrillo, Food Network's "Chopped" winner, will instruct students on how to break down select meat and fish. This class includes carefully selected beverage pairings, to be enjoyed along with dinner, post-instruction.

Further to note, all class attendees will receive a 10% discount towards their next dining visit to Prospect (excludes weekend nights).
