Prospect - New Charity 'Brooklyn Bar Night' - To Support Brooklyn Community Foundation

Monday, January 28th
5pm - late

Prospect will be supporting the Brooklyn Community Foundation with a kick-off launch event this Monday, January 28th, from 5pm til late.  The Fort Greene restaurant & bar will open its doors to the public for drink specials and bar snacks. Co-Owner Alan Cooper and Bar Manager Kevin Buckley will be behind the bar themselves. Every penny earned in tips will be donated to the Brooklyn Community Foundation.

The Brooklyn Community Foundation has supported local businesses and helped attract new philanthropic resources to New York City's most populous borough since 2009. Every dollar raised through the charity goes directly to Brooklyn nonprofits. Prospect is closed for dinner on Mondays, but will open its doors in order to support a great cause and plan on continuing this initiative, select Mondays throughout winter and spring.
