Join us for the inaugural Park Slope Messiah Sing-along!

The 4th Mission of Old First Reformed Church, in partnership with the Brooklyn Community Chorus, the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, and Congregation Beth Elohim is pleased to present the first annual Park Slope Messiah Sing-Along -- an event that promises to be a spectacular holiday musical event bringing a diverse community together in an interfaith celebration.

Featured performers and soloists are to include Aleeza Meir (continuo and artistic director), Josh Breitzer (tenor), Donna Breitzer (soprano), Jeff Mandelbaum (counter-tenor), Jeff Spurgeon (baritone), and Nancy Ranger (oboist), in addition to instrumentalists from the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, among many other accomplished artists who will be donating their talents to the event.

Our performers will be using the Watkins Shaw edition, published by Novello. We recommend the following:

1. Bring your own copy of the score if you have it (doesn't have to be the Watkins Shaw edition)

2. Purchase a copy in advance for $10 on Amazon.com

A limited number of scores will be available for purchase at the event.

All proceeds for the event benefit the Old First Ceiling Restoration Fund. Tickets must be purchased in advance: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/297488
