This fall BAM presents BAMkids Movie Matinees, with screenings two Saturdays each month at 11am, this line-up brings
together a wide variety of programs for the whole family.
The first film in this series is the 1980s cult classic, Pee Wee's Big Adventure. Boasting eye-popping set design and a breakthrough performance by eccentric comic Paul Reubens, Tim Burton’s film debut follows the titular man-child on a cross-country journey in search of his lost red bike. The zany cast packs in a wealth of star cameos, including Milton Berle, Twisted Sister, and James Brolin.
