3 Week Basic Yoga Workshop

This workshop is perfect for first time students, or yogis looking to refine the basics. Over the three weeks you'll:

  • Build strength and flexibility as you become familiar moving through the sun salutations.
  • Learn the alignment of basic standing and seated postures.
  • Learn to move with and guided by your own breath.
  • Become comfortable using props.
  • Learn to safely modify poses in an open level class.

Students are encouraged to attend all three classes, but drop ins are welcome.

March 22nd, 29th, and April 5th 3:00 - 4:15 pm
$55 for full workshop OR $20 per class
