Update, 6:09 a.m.: Select No. 2 trains are traveling between Nevins Street station and 149th Street-Grand Concourse via Manhattan's East Side, according to the Metropolitan Transit Authority.

1. A water main break at Chambers Street has snarled No. 1, 2 and 3 subway line service early Thursday morning, according to the city Office of Emergency Management. As of 5 a.m., there are no 2 or 3 trains between Atlantic Avenue station in Brooklyn and 14th Street station in Manhattan. There are also no 1 trains between South Ferry and 14th Street. Expect delays.
