The Early Word: Livery Car Drivers and Taxi Workers Unite

Rally planned to push for better working conditions for employees of the car wash industry.

Yellow cabbies and black car drivers planned to rally outside a car wash establishment on Manhattan's West Side to call for a boycott of businesses they said were responsible for unsafe working conditions and worker abuses.
