Open House at Navy Green

Affordable studios available for single adults with low incomes.

Pratt Area Community Council will be holding an open house Saturday for units at 40 Vanderbilt—the most recent addition to the mixed-use Navy Green complex in Fort Greene-Wallabout.

The studio-only building is for single adults with incomes ranging from $21,774 to $28,650, with monthly rents between $492 and $664.

A downloadable copy of the application has been attached to this post. Applications can also be picked up at PACC's office at 896-900 Fulton St. between Washington and Waverly avenues.

Prospective renters need to provide paystubs, identification, their 2010 and 2011 tax returns, current dated bank statements (3 months), proof of residency, utility bills and a $30 money order for credit check.

The open house will take place on Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. at 40 Vanderbilt Ave. between Park and Flushing avenues.
