Disney on Ice Characters Visit Children at the Brooklyn Hospital Center

Mickey and Minnie posed for pictures and offered hugs to patients at the Children's Health Center and the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit.

 

Characters from "Disney On Ice presents: Treasure Trove" paid a visit to the Brooklyn Hospital Center Wednesday morning to spend time with the Center's young patients.  

Mickey and Minnie Mouse stopped by the Children’s Health Center and the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit to pose for pictures and offer hugs to their fans both young and young at heart.

Children were given glittery mouse ears and lined up to have their photos taken with Disney's most iconic characters. Members of the Center's staff also lined up, arguably more excited than the younger crowd to pose with the mice. 

After taking photos in the Children's Health Center, Mickey and Minnie visited the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology unit to visit patients.

The Brooklyn Hospital Center is the official hometown hospital of the Barclays Center, where "Disney On Ice presents: Treasure Trove" will open Wednesday night at 7 p.m. and run through January 27.
