A local blog has created a list of the top things to do in Fort Greene and Clinton Hill with kids, narrowing down the 35 best activities for the little ones to partake in from Flushing Avenue to Atlantic Avenue, and Flatbush Avenue to Bedford Avenue.
MommyPoppins.com noted the neighborhoods have much going on to attract families, including Ft. Greene Park, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Flea and the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
The list also included stops to the Chuck E. Cheese's in the Atlantic Center Mall and the Walt Whitman Library, taking kids' art and design classes at the Pratt Institute, swimming at LIU Brooklyn's 25-yard pool and spending time at the Ft. Greene Park Nature Center, "where Urban Park Rangers host free nature programs for families like birding and wildlife scavenger hunts."
The full list can be found here. What do you think, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill parents? Did the list hit all the marks, or are there some hidden gems in the neighborhoods that you particularly enjoy that might not have made the cut?
