The first, for $65, is a handpicked bouquet available in a variety of flowers and colors. The second option, for $85, includes a vase. 3. Saffron, 31 Hanson Place. Priced at $75, this shop's Eucalyptus and Rose Arrangement was recently featured in New York Magazine's Valentine's gift guide. 718-852-6053. Open Tues., 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

4. , 165 Dekalb Ave. Selling roses, hydrangeas and spider mums, Samy's is a notch above being just a "last resort" pit stop for the time-crunched Valentine. And there's no denying one advantage about choosing Samy's: At least here, you'll be able to grab a six-pack of beer on your way home. 718-625-5221.
