Fort Greene Hotspot Makes List of 38 Must-Shop NYC Locations

It looks like the secret might be out about Fort Greene's fabulous—but sometimes overlooked—retail scene. 

The shopping and style website Racked called out a neighborhood hotspot today on their shortlist of 38 retailers that best exemplified the city's diverse mix of international style and local flavor: .

The Flea joins just three other locations in Brooklyn on Racked's list, which cited the increasingly-popular weekly shopping event as "the mother of all hipster flea markets." 

Though it's good to see the neighborhood getting some love from the normally Manhattan-centric shopping world, we think there are more than a couple Fort Greene-Clinton Hill retailers that also fit in the category of "crazily high standards and crazily low prices, of fashion-world excess and bare-bones access."
