Akim Funk Buddha, part of Zimbabwe Legit, the first African hip-hop group to release an EP in the U.S., brings his unique music to BAMCafe. Akim will be joined at BAM by three artists—violinist and theater composer Rima Fand, beatboxer and sound effects guru Masai Electro, and classical singer Rebecca Lee Lerman—for interesting music and performance art.
