Dekalb Market Plans To Expand This Month

Three new retail and restaurant spots slated to debut at outdoor shopping center.

Dekalb Market, a stone's throw away from Fort Greene in Downtown Brooklyn, announced plans to expand this month.

Joining dozens of outlets at the market in October will be home decorators Pip and Estella, artists collective The (NewNew) Etsy and chocolate-maker Jacques Torres.

With former Le Cirque pastry chef Jacques Torres at its helm, the eponymous chocolatier may be the market's biggest coup to date. Meanwhile, the founder of Pip and Estella boasts a pretty impressive design pedigree.
