Owned by Amos Yogev and Patricia Mulcahy, Tillie's has been satisfying the neighborhood's vegan and caffeine fix since the heady, pre-gentrified days of 1997. And according to the ad, the duo behind Tillie's doesn't want that to change with the ownership.
