Some good news for local bagel enthusiasts: one of the best places to chow down on an interpretation of the New York staple is in Clinton Hill.
Sfoglini Pasta Shop, located at 920 Fulton St., was named by Grub Street one of the best places to sample an innovative take on the everything bagel.

New York Magazine's Food and Restaurant Blog recognized the pasta producer for its everything bagel fusilli, the by-product when "Jewish appetizing meets Brooklyn artisanal pasta making."
Want to know where you can pick-up a batch of the specialty pasta? The New York Historical Society sells the pasta at its museum store and the Brooklyn Victory Garden sells it for $8.99 per 16-ounce package, Grub Street noted.
