Announcing Our King and Queen Canine of Fort Greene Contest Winners!

The votes are in for the neighborhood's top dogs.

Fort Greene has its fair share of cute and cuddly pups—and we have the pictures to prove it.

After asking readers to submit photos of their King and Queen Canines of Fort Greene, neighbors weighed in on five male and female contenders from Saturday to Wednesday, and now the votes are in.

Can we have a drumroll, please?

Our King is Beaumont.

Our Queen is Ms. Charley.

The winners will each receive a gift basket from ($50), a comprehensive exam and complementary microchip from ($100), a training session from Calm Energy Dog Training ($150), a professional pet photo session from Jenna Leigh Teti Photography ($200) and a staycation from ProspectBark ($100).

Fort Greene-Clinton Hill Patch extends a big thanks to all for competing, voting, commenting and following along in anticipation of the big reveal. The dogs are lucky to have you as their owners!
