Sept. 15: Roulette Brooklyn Reopens

1. Experimental music venue Roulette reopens with at their new 1920s Art Deco concert hall on Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Brookyn with Henry Threadgill's Zooid, Kaija Saariaho, Margaret Leng Tan and Sylvie Courvoisier & Mark Feldman Duo.

2. Tillie's of Brooklyn serves up great coffee and yummy pastries - and every Thursday, they've got  Hosted by local artist/musician Mike Harris, all are welcome to perform. Sign up is at 7:15 p.m. 

3. : A Literary Humor Series takes place at Greenlight Bookstore tonight featuring Ted Travelstead, co-author of "Sex: Our Bodies Our Junk Your Wildest Dreams."

4. In this four week, four-part series, participants take workshops that . Workshops include: how to budget and save for a home; insight into what banks are really looking for, applying for grants and closing on your home.
