July 6: Music In The Grove

Kids-themed music festival continues as Astrograss takes the stage.

Surrounded by the beauty of Fort Greene Park, overworked and (sometimes) overwhelmed parents will again have the chance to spend a morning trying to evict the latest infectious Disney tune out of their skull in favor of some good old-fashioned live music. 

This week, Astrograss headlines Go for it. The show starts at 10 a.m.

1. Bob Bongard's exhibit continues at Tillie's of Brooklyn until July 16.

2. Beginning Monday, people can make reservations to visit the 9-11 Memorial, which opens in September.
