In addition to bringing your covered pot luck dish for the party, the FGA is asking guests to bring canned goods which will be donated to local food pantries. Local pantries have been helping to provide food for those who would otherwise go hungry, providing food for well over 100,000 meals a year. Top ten items of need are pasta sauce, parmalat (shelf stable) milk, peanut butter, tuna fish, dry pasta, baby food, canned vegetables, dry beans, canned meats. Additionally dry pet food is a huge help to families whose pets often go hungry or are given up to high kill shelters as result of family hardship. Please give in this Season of Giving.

Please RSVP today via our Fort Greene Association Facebook Event Page or Holiday@HistoricFortGreene.org. Please tell us what holiday dish you plan to bring to the potluck and the number of children and their ages who will be participating in the children's activity.
