Screening of "Gerrymandering: The Film"
See a screening of the critically acclaimed documentary "Gerrymandering: The Film," about the redrawing of the districts in Brooklyn to benefit incumbents. The film, which was screened at the Tribeca Film Festival features Assemblymeber Hakeem Jeffries, who moved two blocks away to avoid being carved out of his district through gerrymandering.
Jeffries will discuss the film on a roundtable with the Rev. Clinton M. Miller, Pastor of Brown Memorial Baptist Church, Common Cause Executive Director, Susan Lerner, and film director Jeff Reichert following the screening.
