Same River Water Project with the Strike Anywhere Performance Ensemble

Join Irondale Center on the second Saturday of each month for Irondale’s Big Box of Distractions. Create puppets. Learn about clowning and acrobatics. Recite Shakespeare. Explore yoga, historical events like the Abolitionist movement and even current political struggles like the fight to protect New York City’s water.

This series of community and family-oriented distractions promises to engage kids and adults of all ages. Watch, participate, learn, share and commune with some of NYC’s most innovative artists. Workshops range from 45-90 minutes and begin at 2pm. Tickets are only $10 for adults & $5 for kids. All ages are always welcome!
