To commemorate the 10th anniversary of 9/11, the Irondale Center invited multimedia artists to create a paper skyline that pays tribute to the volunteers that stepped up after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Visitors are invited to conribute their own paper to the skyline.
The art exhibit will be up all week, and in addition there will also be actors, musicians and other artists paying tribute in different ways all week. All events are free and open to the public

Community Concert of Healing and Remembrance
A concert for the community in memory of those lost. Share in a community meditation, unified by hope. The concert will feature a number of organizations including The String Orchestra of Brooklyn, The Noel Pointer Foundation, Spoke The Hub Dance, American Opera Projects, The Brooklyn Music School and acclaimed composer/pianist Anton Batagov. Reverend David Dyson of Lafayette Presbyterian Church will lead in a moment of interfaith reflection.
