This class is a comprehensive introduction to screenwriting and how a script is used by all departments as the "blueprint" for making a film.  Students will learn how to write short scripts with a focus on three act structure; character development; building a back story; foreshadowing; and using props and set as visuals to help advance and deepen the storyline.  One of the student scripts will be selected to be developed into a shooting script for production in the third class.  (There is also a Wednesday Evening 6-9pm session of this class running from April 2 - May 4.  Contact BYFC for more info on location classes@wearebyfc.org 718-935-0490.
