Dog lovers rejoice! Greenlight Bookstore is pleased to welcome three of today’s most canine-minded authors for evening centered around man’s best friend.

Josh Dean will read from his new book, Show Dog: The Charmed Life and Trying Times of a Near-Perfect Purebred which captures the idiosyncratic world of professional dog showing.

Julie Klam will discuss her new book Love at First Bark: How Saving a Dog Can Sometimes Help You Save Yourself, which focuses on dog rescue and its healing power not only for the dogs who are cared for and able to find good homes, but also for the people who bond with these animals; and finally,

Jim Gorant will present his book, The Lost Dogs: Michael Vick’s Dogs and Their Tale of Rescue and Redemption, the bestselling story of survival and our powerful bond with man's best friend, in the aftermath of the nation's most notorious animal cruelty case.

Each writer will read from his/her new book on our canine friends. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to attend.
