Fun Puppetry Workshop for Kids!

THIS WEEKEND: A VERY SPECIAL WINTER CHILDREN'S PUPPETRY WORKSHOP!

 

Brooklyn-based artist collective, Alphabet Arts, is offering a very special winter Children's Puppetry Workshop this weekend!

Over two afternoons, children ages 7-­12 will learn about a miniature form of puppetry called Toy Theater. Guided by teaching artists, participants will build, perform with, and take home their very own toy theaters based on famous winter poems.

Saturday and Sunday, December 17-18, 2011 from 2-5pm at Creative Arts Studio, 310 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn

 

Performances will take place from 4-­5pm on Sunday. Families and friends are encouraged to attend! 

 

The workshop fee is $50, which includes all materials. Financial aid available to students in need.
