FLICfest: Tami Stronach Dance

Feature-Length Independent Choreography (FLIC) fest is a 9 day festival featuring some of the world's best talent.  Nightly featuring two dance theater works followed by an informal performance cabaret in the balcony lounge. 

Tami Stronach Dance presents their critically acclaimed work 'BUT IT'S FOR YOU'.  Formed by Tami Stronach in 2000 Tami Stronach Dance has been commissioned or presented by venues all over the New York Area and has been toured worldwide.

"Creates magical, illusory worlds musing on life's ordinary struggles.  Her well-designed choreography brings into sharp focus the many contradictions of the human condition.  Her pieces are emotionally charged, and slanted toward the absurd.  Idiosyncratic and narrative.  The biggest influences on her work in any given piece are the performers in the room and the unique alchemy generated by those minds and bodies."
