FLICfest: CatScratch Theatre

Feature-Length Independent Choreography (FLIC) fest is a 9 day festival featuring some of the world's best talent.  Nightly featuring two dance theater works followed by an informal performance cabaret in the balcony lounge.
 

CatScratch Theatre was founded by artists Jeramy Zimmerman, Jessica Hirst, Krissie Marty and Lisa Hetzel in 2000.  Starting on the streets with guerilla style performances in the Washington DC area CatScratch Theatre maintains their street style and incorporates a commitment to community activation no matter where they are performing.  

After making Brooklyn their official home in 2006 CatScratch continues to deliver street performances throughout the New York area.  Founder Jeramy Zimmerman is also the creator of 60x60Dance, a one of a kind hour long dance and music concert.  (http://www.voxnovus.com/60x60)
