Spring Celebration 2012 -- June 1st and June 2nd at 8pm, a stunning showcase of modern dance repertory performed by Dancewave's pre-professional youth dance companies, ranging in age from 10 - 19 years old, at the Kumble Theater, LIU Brooklyn. Opening night tickets are $25 general admission with Gala Ticket Levels ranging from $80-$125.

This year's Gala celebrates Dancewave's unique partnership between world-renowned choreographers and the next generation of artists, honoring EVIDENCE DANCE COMPANY (Ronald K. Brown, Artistic Director), NICHOLAS I. TIMKO, ESQ., with pre-show festivities including Twyla Tharp's celebrated piece The 100's performed by the Dancewave Company!
The pre-professional companies, Dancewave Company, Dancewave Company II, Dancewave Company III, and the Young Movers Ensemble will also perform current modern dance works by some of today's most celebrated artists such as To Harm the Dangerous by Ronald K. Brown, Chanson by Gallim Dance Company/Andrea Miller, Conversations by Nathan Trice, Shades of Grey by Nicole Wolcott, along with many more!
