Get Out: What To Do This Weekend

Our picks for the best way to spend the weekend in Fort Greene-Clinton Hill.

With the summer solstice on Monday, this weekend has the longest days of the year — which also means the shortest nights. But with the great music, dance, film and literature all around the neighborhood, you'll be able to make the most out of the little bit of nighttime.

What? Analogue TRansit, a two-man band made up of guitarist and vocalist Kwaku Aning and producer and keyboardist Jeff Shreiner, bring their unique mix of analogue and digital music to BAMcafé.  Described as "an earnest 90s rock sound... dressed in beat-heavy electro pop" the night promises unusual sounds and danceable beats.
