Fort Greene Biz Teams Up with NY Cares for Coat Drive

Edward Jones Investments will serve as a drop-off location for coats.

Edward Jones Investments, a Fort Greene business located at the corner of Fulton and Grand Avenues, will serve as a drop-off point for the New York Cares coat drive this December.

"We are involved in the coat drive because we both believe in giving back to the community where we work and live," Branch Office Administrator Cathy Payne told Patch.

On behalf of New York Cares, the firm will collect coats from Dec. 10-29 at the office at 1013 Fulton St.

"In the spirit of charitable giving we invite you to drop off any coats you have outgrown or don't need," Payne continued. "Many of our neighbors will need coats during the upcoming cold winter so please check to see what you have that is not being used."

The model is called Joovy Zoom, by the way. It has a fixed front wheel, one step brake and is highlyRead More rated for safety.
