Acrobatic Yoga Workshops bi-monthly on Saturday afternoons from 12:30–2:30 pm. These workshops are for beginners and welcome men and women of all levels. No partner is required at sign up. Students will learn the basics of flying and basing. Workshops begin with a warm-up of stretching and strengthening the entire body, and then students will learn how to hold their partners’ weight and/or how to fly with proper technique for safe balancing.
