The new Nets stadium is shooting up fast, and we have the pics to prove it.

Indeed, a quick walk around the arena and one sees teams of crews feverishly working to make the 2012 deadline.

Among many encouraging milestones, all of the siding along the Atlantic Avenue side of Barclays Center is up, and crews continue to make their way around the arena.

Pretty soon, the installation of this façade will be complete.

Finally, it appears as though motorists have mostly adapted to the major traffic changes near and around the arena, which went into affect this past summer—though the flow of traffic immediately surrounding Atlantic Yards still seems to be a slow go.

Every month, Patch will continue to report on the progress at the Barclays Center as well as the rest of the development around the neighborhood’s border.
